This is a solo from the late great Mr Entwistle, imo the best bassist of all time. The solo is taken from a live performance of 5:15 (possibly at the Albert Hall).
I've seen clips around YouTube of his 5:15 solos, but not this one (correct me if I'm wrong). This one has a little better quality and is cleaner.
Enjoy! :-)

The late, great John Entwistle playing bass with the Who. This clip has him isolated, visually, and audibly. The shear power of his style is obvious. From the movie, "The Kids Are Alright", recorded at Shepperton Film Studios, Middlesex, May 25, 1978. ATTENTION: THERE IS NO AUDIO UNTIL ENTWISTLE STARTS PLAYING.
