This CD is out of print and almost impossible to find. The immigrant song was intended as a bonus track for the version of this CD that came out in Japan on Pony Canyon. However, it ended up on the first editions that were put out in England on Music For Nations and on Restless/Enigma Records in the USA. If you have "The Black Book" it is a collector's item.
