My landlord's Jamaican tenants cooked what I know as "goat water" from the Lesser Antilles, (Jamaicans call it "mannish water") made from "the fifth quarter" of the goat -- everything left over, on the traditional 3-rock stove. I'm vegan so I don't eat this, but I wanted to show the cooking style.
My landlord's Jamaican tenants cooked outside the old island way. They made curried goat (filmed) among other dishes. Being vegan I didn't share the food but I wanted to show the "three rock stove" of the "bush kitchen."
