Mayor calls in the Ghostbusters as to what they can do about the supernatural events. Maybe should have called it the "Disaster of Biblical proportions" speech.
Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, Harold Ramis.
1980's Tilting Train that ran into project difficulties. Video has APT footage and a summary of the project management philosophy and the merits of research and development.
It is now widely believed that you cannot have a succesful project if it is launched to the accompanyment of synthesizer music.
Pop Video for Terrahawks. Don't know who the singer was or what her career afterwards. I've heard they don't like to be reminded of these things nowadays.
Wern't there other videos, Gerry Anderson must have stashed them in his attic. Someone ask him?
From the 1983 film when Murphy(Roy Scheider) and Lymangood (Daniel Stern) get a balling out from Braddock (Warren Oates) after getting spotted watching the naked contorsionist lady.
Scene form 1968 "Man in a Suitcase" episode just after McGill (Richard Bradford) gets a beating. He's out to recover some oceangraphic papers from a researcher whos gone AWOL.
Patrick McGoohan sets himself up to infiltrate some organisation (happens most episodes).
Best episodes in the series were:-
The Paper Chase (Directed by McGoohan)
Colony Three
The Not So Jolly Roger
THe Man with the Foot isn't so bad either.
One of the best episodes. McGill has some mob members after him over something in his past, hes trapped in his flat and has to find a homemade way to dispatch them... Good performance from Sutherland, who gets the beating instead of McGill this time. Sutherlands second appearance in this series although he put on a slightly annoying accent for his other.
Richard Bradford, Donald Sutherland.
Tommy Boyd interviews Gerry Anderson circa 1984. Additional Terrahawks footage was shot for the links.(Like the phone call to Ninestein.)
Also featuring Isla St Clair. Post your comments. I don't have anymore Starshows but I have a Saturday Superstore kicking around.
First time in the 1983 film when Murphy(Roy Scheider) meets the annoying Colonel Cochrane, and gives a great comeback to the above line...
When I was a kid I had to package hundreds of envelopes with promotional materials(like posters) for this films UK release!
The first scene involving Zorro. Featuring Ralph Faulkner (gets the "z" on his forehead). The series's remaining sword fights were a bit dissapointing. You need to turn up the volume A LOT! (remember to turn it down again afterwards)
This is some clips from the German film "Manta Manta", A 1991 film:

I can put up another clip from the film if there is any interest in it.
From near the end of the series. You wouldn't have seen this kind of confrontation between Mark and Jason in the American Battle of the Planets conversion because of the Standards and Practices rules. From "The Conway Tape Tap" these scenes were genrally replaced with 7-Zark-7 flapping around his ocontrol room like an old woman.
