Either way, it is not my concern because we all know Manga is superior to anime :P

I've asked fans what they felt were the worst things 4Kids had done with One Piece's English dub and compiled a Top 10 list. There were a lot of awful things done to the dub, but after reading some feedback, I felt these ten moments are the absolute worst.
This is the 9th worst moment in the One Piece dub by 4Kids. This one focuses on Monkey D. Luffy's script and voice.
