Part Three starts with Michael's contact with who believes is Walt on the Swan's code computer. It ends with the deal with the devil for which his story of redemption is built upon.
From LOST - The Shape of Things to Come. Ben Linus travels to London to confront a bed-ridden Charles Widmore. The gauntlet is thrown down as Ben blames Widmore for his daughter Alex's death. Ben promises to take Penny away from him the same way.
