just a demonstration, take a low stance, keep back straight, let hand drop naturally, control natural breathing, be conscious/aware/pres ent...practice for 6 months then stop for 6 months, stretch wrist and fingers before and after. start with a bag of fine material and work your way up to larger elements eg. sand to rice to beans to marbles.
