Paul Wiffen demonstrates a 1984 Elka Synthex. Most famously used on Rendezvous as the Laserharp sound by Jean Michel Jarre. Paul also originally programmed the original presets. Also used by Geoff Downes and Stevie Wonder - a beautiful synth sorely missed.

Recorded at Rod's daughters wedding in 1996. The Rod Garfield Blues Band ran from the early 80's to 1996 when Rod emigrated to Austrailia. Frequent gigs were the Hamster pub at Hatherden, and Farnham Maltings Blues festival. He also recorded the Stone Fox Chase theme for The Old Grey Whistle Test.

I composed this piece of music back in 1997. The instruments used were (I think) a Yamaha AN1X, a Roland JP8000 and an old analog Crumar Trilogy. backed with the gorgeous sound of Thunderstorms and rainfall. I didn't have a proper video, so I recorded the iTunes visualiser. I hope you like it.
A short piece I put together for promoting my Swindon Cable Archive Website. Swindon's local community television projects ran from 1973 to 2000 when the channel was finally closed down by NTL. For more information please visit www.swindoncable.co. uk
