Quick test of a new recipe for Canadian Bacon. Cured for 6 days and smoked for a couple hours on my Big Green Egg. Used "the Stoker" from Rock's BBQ as well.
One of the Cub Scout traditions is the Raingutter Regatta. We race little balsa wood boats powered only with breath from the Scout's lungs down raingutters filled with water.
In this video I get a chance to talk a little bit about my involvement with the Northeast Ohio Adoption Services, as well as introducing my son Kevin, who helped me out with this live broadcast.
