My damage output wasn't quite up to scratch mostly due to 3 things:
1 - PvP gear
2 - I fecked up my respec. Seriously.
3 - The lack of a sacrificed Succubus QQ.

Anyways, I'm happy with my new Rendering settings, I seem to have gotten rid of the lag, AND the overall quality seems to be alot better.
There's the odd colour "bleeds", but that's fine.
Oh and yes, try and guess what my favourite FF summon is...

Now that's out of the way, I can safely say, I did terribly. Ran into this fight not really knowing what he would do, thankfully though, I stocked up on potions beforehand.
